A large professional style tunable bodhran that is made using  quality natural goatskin for the drum head and native Irish beech hardwood for the shell. The bodhran is a traditional Irish drum that can be played by using a beater stick and a hand to help control sound. This particular bodhran is tunable which means that you can easily adjust the pitch by turning the screws which allow the skin to tighten and loosen accordingly as needed. Great for use in most weather conditions. This item comes complete with a beater stick and a tutor book for learning to play the bodhran.
