IMPORTANT! (Posted: Thursday, July 1, 2010): We are working diligently to improve our customer service and correct some of the ongoing communications issues that have plagued us since the beginning of this year. Therefore, please be advised that we will be changing our PO Box address within the next few days. Also, our telephone service has beenfized so that we are once again receiving our voicemail messages (please make sure that you hear a human voice on the recording before leaving a message); and finally, we are updating our e-mail software to a new system so that e-mail is beign screened properly as we have been experiencing many issues with our filters being a bit too tenacious and e-mail being mistakenly marked as spam. So, we are takign a big deep breath, fixing all of the aforementioned issues, and expect normal communication services to resume by the beginning of next week.
